The Advanced Branch Managers School is designed to provide participants a solid foundation in better managing branches and producing greater results. Industry consolidation and other factors have made it more difficult for financial institutions to distinguish their products and services from those of their competition. Increasingly, it is your people and how well they are trained that sets your bank apart and determines the bank’s success.
The two?day per quarter sessions will go in depth on a number of topics, which include:

This session helps participants bring the bank’s strategic plan to their branches.

Business Development
• What is the bank’s target market
• What client segments are profitable
• How do you get leads and prospects
• Staff sales performance
Bank Simulation
The Bank Exec© computer simulation is utilized as a learning tool for management teams to run an $800 million bank. Management teams will make quarterly policy and operating decisions in a realistic banking environment. Since Bank Exec© is team?based, participants will also reinforce their management, leadership, team building and decision?making skills while forming a strong network of industry contact.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Branch/department managers with five or more years of experience who want to develop a broader perspective of banking.
REGISTRATION FEE:
$1,600.00 (for 8 sessions) Includes materials, lunch and refreshments.
HOURS:
Classes are held from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
