The Northwest Bank Operations School provides participants with the opportunity to explore the major issues facing bank operations personnel. It also provides a framework to examine the operations that support primary and ancillary bank services. Participants will strengthen their leadership and management skills and gain an understanding of the interrelatedness of key operations areas and how they contribute to a bank’s proficiency. Each segment will enhance the participant’s understanding of their role within the financial institution. Redesigned for the 2010 ?2011 session, the Northwest Bank Operations School will provide a valuable experiencefor participants regardless of the size of their financial institution. Faculty has been selected based on their ability to interact with students from institutions of any size.
SCHOOL PARTICIPANTS WILL GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING OF:
• The significant operational areas within a bank;
• Compliance issues impacting banks;
• The function of human resources and related laws;
• New Accounts understanding;
• Oral and written Communications;
• And more!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The School is suggested for bank employees with less than three years of experience with deposit operations.
