The COMPLIANCE BAILOUT: Who’s going to help you with your “regulatory” crisis?  Find out what changes have already occurred, what additional changes could be coming and what you should be doing now!  Participants in this 1-1/2 day, complete compliance update seminar will learn all about the “hot issues” affecting the bank compliance world today.  Updates for both deposit/operations compliance and lending compliance will be covered.  The seminar will also address issues related to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering.  Attend this seminar and be ready to face the year with confidence!  (Specific topics to be discussed are listed at end of this document)


Seminar Instructor:

Chuck Lewis, Vice President for Compliance Services for the Missouri Bankers Association.  Chuck began his banking career more than 25 years ago and serviced as Director of Regulatory Services for UMB for over 20 years.  He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager.  Chuck frequently speaks at programs sponsored by the American Bankers Association and is a highly rated and popular speaker at banking conventions and seminars.

IBA Members: $325.00 per person; Non-Members: $425.00 per person
Registration fee includes 1-1/2 days of instruction, materials, and refreshments and lunch on Wednesday.
CE Credits: The Compliance Hot Issues and Updates seminar has been submitted to ICB for CE credit review and is pending approval.  Once we receive notification of the credit approval, we will notify attendees/participants.

A minimum enrollment of 10 must be met before we will confirm the seminar.**

Cancellations: Full registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received in writing prior to April 5, 2010.  No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 5, but a substitute may attend if the IBA is notified prior to the seminar.

· Implementing internet gambling procedures

· Reviewing the overdraft provisions under revised Regulation E
